this straight line he sees before him presents a maze

he walks on unclear air, beam in hand, a step away

from nadir

questions gust amidst eudaimonia's search, 'what

an obstacle nature can be' he says

he trained his entire life for his entire life but what if his entire life beats him by a step

there's no running here, no, only his own pace. but

detrimental is an understatement

for he must have balance to progress but alas to progress he must jeopardize his balance

one foot in front of the other, beam in hand, a step

away from nadir

one foot in front and now you're a few seconds from nadir
