I didn't have some longstanding aspiration to become an interviewer or anything like that. I just had conversations with people. And I'm not sure what else there is to it. Some of my favourite memories with the friends I have are those impromptu deep conversations, you know? I like to think about the intricacies of what makes me, me and in turn what makes people, themselves. I thought to myself, why not turn that into something? Here you will find conversations with people. People I admire, people I've just met, people who are pretty cool. Getting to know someone you think is pretty cool is pretty cool; here, you can do just that.
